I think he meant that if your broker doesn't have your share certificate he can't lend the shares to short-sellers. Cheers

From what i understand if you have posession of your certs then your shares cannot be used in a stock shorting situation.I believe thats how they have kept the price down thusfar. As far as financials, I cannot get any info out of the co.,we either don't have anyone that can tell us this info ,or they are scared to say anything.I am very upset about the lack of info coming out of this co.,whether it refers to fin. or the PP.,no one seems to know or care that stockholder return is in the balance.
