Thanks Doug (RE: MTON): I'm turning more towards long term holds w/ POWs as the weeks go by. I've been going in and out on swings, but w/ out careful momentum analysis or TA (which I didnt' really do: mostly I followed articles and what people say and found entry/exit points for limit orders) it doesn't make sense to sell in and out. So MTON, APTX, and RECY are big long-term holds for me. CADE is also, if I don't get acutely bored of it's lack of movement.

About 1/3 of my portfolio is in WDC (Western Digital). I am now flat since 2/1/97 because of the drops over the past month in WDC. It has swung up about 40% and now down about 40% on my average buy price. This is a blue chip stock! Had I evened out my portfolio w/ more POWs I'd be in great shape.

I'd be interested in hearing from others how much they're up on POW stocks alone. I've been buying attitude stocks since the beginning of the thread. Time to sit down and see how they alone have performed for me. Would be interested in hearing same from others.

(This message cross-posted to Attitude thread and MTON thread)
