You can email the document to Kinkos (now FedEx Office) and they will print it directly on their printers. Much better copy than if you give them hard copy originals. That way you do not have to print it on your printer.

We used to do manuals that way that were odd sizes.

A problem I've encountered in all this is a need to have part of the page with a column width of 5-1/8 inches and the lower part of this same page have two narrower columns for the insertion of lyrics to the music.

I can't make Word do anything like that. I've searched the net for a ready-made template, but haven't found anything yet.
