They could announce a stock repurchase plan for UP TO 10M shares depending on the market conditions from time to time. They don't have to buy all those shares. True, and an excellent point. Still, they may not want to limit the margin on a takeover. I suspect a deal is done, given insider selling near end of October, given employee stock option repricing, and given conservative estimates about meeting analysts projections. So, mgmt may feel no need to do anything. Gary Korn
