Miners did OK today, but generally I agree. Although historically miners do well the last 3 months of the year, the 2nd half of October is usually weaker. So we may get a dip (possibly also due to the fact that the (R)'s are winning and fiscal support of the economy may be derailed for the next 2 years). Then when Spanky and Our Gang meet after the election and realize they need the pedal to the metal, dehedge. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
