I always believed the stimulus plan was necessary and effective, so I had no problem with my state or my personal account accepting it. I have seen some good road works done around here with those funds with more to come. I stand out from the crowd here because I am part of that high 40% of the population that approves of the job Obama has done and most of his actions and decisions (obviously not all). SI is so full of older voters venting and kvetching that people tend to forget how divided opinion is on Obama instead of just accepting the memes that people push about the stimulus failing, TARP was an expensive waste, etc. My only big beef from the last two years was the colossal level of sheer f*-ups in Congress. And now the number of raving morons on the ballot who may add to that f*-up total on Capitol Hill.
