The goal was to keep the bankers in their executive suites (and by extension, their political puppets as well). Mission accomplished. Oh please........the alternative was economic anarchy. Sometimes I think that's what you all want on this thread. As for your alleged political puppets, who do you think is pouring money into these midterm elections to try and unseat the Dems and Obama in 2012? The banks and Wall Street......they are very unhappy with the new regs and hope to get their minions back in power. That's the reality.
