Wharfie, you're sadly uninformed. But I'll tell you what. If you want some of our federal dollars, I'll trade you our sandbags along the Mississippi, all our Cherokees, one of our Corps of Engineer lakes, and the army base at Ft. Smith for 100 miles of your beaches between LA and San Diego.
