Larry, Thanks. If I think a merger won't happen or has fallen through, I will say so as well. I do want to repeat, though, that 1 bad day in the market, or even 30 bad days, should not change the analysis (except as it affects the dollar value of the purchaser's stock). I do need help responding to Swrdfish's question. LU paid $650MM for Livingston. Does anyone know what are Livingston's annual sales? I know it isn't a public company, but maybe some information is out there. Also, some people on the thread are now saying ASND will hit 12 or even 10. At this range, ASND would have a market cap equal to its 1 year sales + cash on hand. Does anyone really believe that? Gary Korn
