Actually, that is very interesting Tim, and I am surprised that somebody as smart as yourself never considered the possibility that Bre-X could have been salting cores to achieve consistency...i.e. salting cores from ground that did, indeed, have gold.

It's sort of like the OJ case...how can people disagree so violently about the OJ case? Was he guilty, or was he framed? Answer: both.

Seems to me Dr. Johnson considers all the possibilities, and does not become trapped within his own paradigm. Just the sort of person I would want as a consultant.

Regards, Otter

thall, I read that article and thought to be very interesting. Did you read it all or did you stop when you found what you wanted ??

Next question: BD took sacred dirt to Ledoux and Ledouux got nice results with Johnson's process. Does that count for anything ?? Is it not the idea here to prove that there is gold in the dirt??

"referred to as pre-cursor ore."?
It's precursor in English, Tim. Pre-cursor may be a Windows term.
Hope you respond re STW :)

Thall; What is wrong with that, pre cursor ore sounds right to me, that is barren rock before you add the gold to it.
Is that not what BRE-X did?.
Just think of all the precursor ore that abounds here and there. There is no need to go to indonesia. We have an area just north of here, a tombstone mine, ripe for this procedure.
