This clearly should lead to recusals on all cases involving relevant issues.

As a related case, Virginia Thomas, wife of SC judge Clarence Thomas, is now publicly advocating for a group which claims the health care reform bill is unconstitutional. That should lead to her husband's recusal on that issue as well.
