90% of Americans are insured. And by all accounts, they are satisfied with the standard of care they receive. Of the 10% who aren't, a good number don't want to be. Of the ones who do want insurance but can't afford it, voluntary interstate exchanges should be established to offer plans of all types and coverages.

No American should be ordered by the government to buy a product. The commerce clause does not permit the government that power.
