"I wouldn't expect us to go below the mid-7000s. I don't think any correction in the Dow or S&P will exceed 10 percent." Brinker's words October 17th. He also said there wasn't a bear market in sight. Lately, things have not been going as Brinker expected them. Hong Kong market down 2.5% tonight and Japan 1.5%. We might soon find that 10% was too optimistic.
