~Ga Bard you obviously don't have a clue.~ ANSWER: I do not think so I warned people of this stock since it was .20 and it fell ever since. Plus the chart says it all> 1.85 M is net profit not gross. look at the earning report that is dated 10/31. ANSWER: That is not an earnings report that is a PROJECTION or a SPECULATION report. That is how I interpret it. Besides it states it is a summary of consolidation financial INFORMATION NOT an earnings report. Because no one seemed to know what the number outstanding shares were I personally called the transfer agent last week and was told the total outstanding shares are 72 M. ANSWER: The PR guy (Dave DiRicco) is claiming the TA is stating 84 M. I would like to have the TA number to verify but 74 vs 84 ok who cares their liabilities with purchases increase share output now they are projecting what the property is worth. ALSO why invest in a compnay with THAT MANY shares outstanding. It could have 72 million shorted so you are buying against 150 Million. each share that is bought will only be shorted against. Do your own DD before you talk out of your A**. ANSWER: I always do my own DD. Questions: What is the mining earnings to date? How much ore and type of ore is being extracted? What is the shares issued for the acquistion of the properties? How many restricted? How many insiders? How many in the float? How many to be issued in the future? How do they plan to get the massive shares outstanding under control? What is the TA number to call and verify? What is the revenues they state? How much money is in the bank or cash on hand? Why has the stock constantly fell even on good news releases? It may very well be worth a look but why is it still falling? Why would I invest my hard earned money into one that does not move up on a day of mostly buying and only 3 - 4 sells equating to 50,000 shares of the total shares traded and it fell? Maybe I am missing something here would you please tell me what I am missing? Thanks GaBard
