There certainly isn't any fundamental reason unless Bernanke is a liar about QEII. Of course maybe the economic data will come out again showing deflation?

The bond market is trending lower, higher rates would attract foreign investors, ergo, a higher dollar... just my guess... and I don't think it will slow down the stock market rally, either, both could rally under specific conditions, they have in the past...
