Transplant rejection has been a graveyard for many legitimate projects. Add that it takes a gazillion years to conduct clinicals.

aside.... (there's some recent discussion here of sepsis graveyard.... while it's a difficult-to-impossible indication to hit, there have been few legitimate molecules aimed at sepsis.)

Really cool of you to point at your effort. Lots of new stuff.
