Pancho, the last few days had been brutal for coms. Disk drives, semi, Intel, box-makers etc. all fell for good reasons - just that I felt COMS really got slaughtered for no apparent reasons besides some rumours !!! I think deep down the reason for the fall is a fear of tougher competition from all-over. It's quite heart-breaking to see that all the diligent fundamental analysis you have done is not worth the piece of paper it's written on ! Momentum manipulators have no respect for fundamentals !! Screw this BUY-AND-HOLD stretegy. I don't like it at all now. I had been quite profitable in my short-term trades in APM, SGI, SYBS, BOBJY so far (all sold at good levels), breaking even on SEG, CIR ... Whenever I have the thought of Long-term-play, I got screwed up real bad - like LSI, USS and now COMS - all holding them at a loss right now. But since I didn't sell my COMS at $56, it's a bit too late to sell at $36 now, so I intend to pay up whatever margin call and tough this one out. Based on experience, good companies come back 100% of the time. Good luck to us all !! Mang
