David, This is the only item I could remember seeing about FNET and Frame Relay. From the July 22nd News release:

<<According to Sparrow Marcioni, Vice President of Franklin Telecom and President of its subsidiary Internet Passport, "We have been quietly developing applications and technologies which can directly target the movie industry and their bandwidth needs. The initial purpose for developing several of our high bandwidth products was to transfer Boeing1s large CAD file drawings and software applications. These tasks inadvertently also helped us develop perfect solutions for the production studios. We intend to deploy Internet and frame relay private broadcasting networks which allow high speed communication
between advertising entities and media sources, insurance companies and their agents, etc. There are many applications for these solutions.">>

Where did you come across frame relays?
