I think.<< I think ruggedness is more important than size and think that a flashram package of equivalent capacity to current laptop hard drives would end up being of almost equivalent size (assuming someone could afford it). Ruggedness is especially important for military applications. The increasing sophistication of military technology requires mass storage that is reliable even when subject to extreme vibration environments. Gary
