It took 47 Christian scholars about six years of work to create. You can be sure they softened the contradictions, the violence, the deviancy, and the hate as much as was possible. I think it much more likely that what you truly hate is reality; because reality is the final arbiter and your superstitious smoke gets dissipated into the heavens whenever the bible is opened thoughtfully and honestly--and with sincerity of heart. But you have never opened it in that way because you will not have your superstitious foolishness trumped by the keen and wonderful edge of truth. So go ahead and rail against reality and squall piteously against the terrible King James Bible! I'm sure your infantile fits of pique and your wretched bawling will soften the hardened hearts of all the people you have harmed and offended with your libel, your deliberate misrepresentations, and your pathetic self righteousness.
