Dear Dennis: My source was an E-mail message I received directly from the Company. I may have posted it on this board, cant recall now, look back a few posts, it was week or two ago. Also, I believe Company alluded to it in a press release, I think when they announced they were not going to make the current quarters numbers. Basically, as I understand it Company (whose main field is medical lasers) is moving into lasers for telecommunication and semiconductor fields in a bigger way than in the past. JDN
