James, do you know how I can sign up for this class action lawsuit? Thanbks for posting the information. Have you received the correct forms to fill? I know you can not expect much from these lawsuits, but at this stage of the game anything is better than nothing. And I sincerely wish that they put that damn Gary Johnson in jail for a long time based on fraud. That SOB has cost us all a lot of money. He and his raider friends at the helm bailed out at the right time. I sure hope they nail his A** good.
