'If people can do as well in housing as you maintain we continue to get screwed.We need people like you putting your time into things that result in production or increase technology' You call the time you or anyone else spends on these boards being productive? I do create value. I do not speculate. Housing for most should be a long term investment they can afford, pay off the debt over time and benefit from advancement of society and protection from dollar debasement What are most of you doing here with rigid political agendas or playing the stock market casino day in and day out? I say what those like me do are more productive and benefit society when I am off these boards or not invested in the stock market or the most hypocritical of investments that has zero benefit something called gold.
