Hi Burp, Front page of IBD,"with almost a third of S7P 500 companies reporting Q3 numbers through Friday,earnings are on track to be 28% above last year.Just a week earlier the projection was for 24% gain. In technology 86% have beat. I'd say VIX is destinned to go very low,as chief has pointed out. Earnings are very good and stock prices will reflect that. Looks to me like buy the dip is back.<smile> Bob
