At the end of the day, the gorilla in the room, the big unanswered question, is "WHY DO YOU LET OTHER PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH IT WHILE YOU 'CALL' JUAN ON IT?"

I assume it is racially motivated. Juan was singled out, he's black, therefore, it is racial.
