I think there a FANTASTIC opportunities in RRE right now. If you're not an end-of-days'er, there are lifetime bargains to be had. There are tools to help you find them far superior to previous days.

This recession will not be forever. The time to BUY is when everyone says you're a crazy idiot. Then, you're buying low.

Just cruising around the country using that new Google maps "RE" feature is amazing. In so many ground zero areas, you can find LOTS of properties selling for a 10th of their boom highs.

The funny part is there was so much more positive discussion about RE here when it was much more costly, values and interest rates were a lot higher and no distressed properties to be had back in 2005-06 especially

Recently, I saw some study that says when you reach a certain age you become grumpy and negative. Maybe that's the problem here. ;-)

A huge part of it is hope and a positive attitude. Many seem to lose it with age. Just look at the SI demographic. Seems like if you want to succeed in the stock market over the long haul without losing your shirt of going crazy yah gotta think like a Dale Baker value hunting or TA guy Mghic Member 7899034

Always positive, always on the prowl, keep doing your successful routine, the chase and the journey bring you just rewards in the end.
