Nonzeroa, agree with you 100% in TLC. This is not a short at this time. Actually this guys maximize cash flow now as opposed to doing it in the future (a buck today is worth more than one tomorrow) by minimizing tax payments through agresive amortizationof good will. Apparently, as they teach you in B school the street sees cash flows and has rewarded them with a nice price increase.

Actually the financing is very creative. I guess there will be some dilution when debt converts. Growth prospects look terrific. Past growth is good but not as impressive as I thought it would be. No bankrupcy risk, and Fidelity, State Street may help them/force them to clean the house. Good business fundamentals. I would hold unless you want to switch to COMS if it keeps on falling (my largest long).
