Thanks for the drilling information but even better your comment
about till sampling not working because an area waslake bottom post
glaciation. I don't know if you keep tabs on the Wawa play. They've
now found a bunchof diamond bearing outcrops that indicate dykes.
Someone asked me if till sampling would work there and I thought
not because it is a forested area with a built soil area. Do you
know if that is true?

Drybones was hot at one time. Lots of excitement. Even found a pipe.
I think I remember seeing a diagram of it. If till sampling doesn't
work at some place like drybones, then what's the next technique--
aeormagnetic testing? If so, is it reliable. Some place back on
this thread I got the impression that aeromagnetics weren't all
that helpful in some areas. Is that why you let the property lapse?
Because tillsampling and aeromagnetics weren't much use. Or is
it more that the yearly lease fee is prohibitive for an individual?

Okay, Walt, George, where are you when we need you? Please straighten this greenhorne out re what this news reease means. Kimberlite breccia means, I think, that we're close to the source. Size of the chunks mean we're probably close to the source. Nearly all kimberlite
pipes so far in NWT are in a lake. Looks like Snap Lakes the place
to be.

WSP says this is the best analyses reported from the Snap Lake area.
If the 10 kg are extrapolated, we're looking at a diamond frequency
per tonne of 2,310 diamonds and 790 macros. I havent' had time to
check that against 154S's early results. If somone has a better
memory or filing system, could we have the comparison?

Maye of even more importance is that the indicator minerals and diamonds indicate that they are from a similar mantle source.
Maybe Big Mamma really is there.
