It is US Tax payer paid in full. - Assuming an average rate of INR 40000/night for a room(this is averaged between standard room and exec suites and presidential suite), billable time is 2 nights. Rooms occupied is approx 700 in IHC properties. US$1 = INR45. work out the US tax payer cost for a 2 day presidential boondoggle. My calculator says : (400007002)/45 = USD 1244444.44
