Thanks for the FA on DELL! We have a few computers, and just bought one about 9 months ago, and it does so much more than I will ever need that it looks like I will not be buying another computer for a number of years! For the home I'm looking and the sub $1000 look very interesting to me for no more than I will be doing at home! I understand that DELL will not be selling me one of those, so whose loss is that?

PC stock prices are declining because the market is declining. It is pointless to try to argue why PC stocks are declining. If PC stocks were declining and everything else was moving up, then there would probably be a specific reason why PC prices were declining, but because the market in general is declining, there probably isn't a reason that applies only to PC stocks.
