RE: Tech bear market

Has there ever been an extended bear market in a sector which grows at more than 20% annually? And perhaps an ever higher growth rate in the case of networking, digital video, and selected semis?

I always thought busts happened when markets were overvalued, poorly growing, and living with inflation and interest rate increases. Here we have companies selling at 1/2 growth rates with low inflation. Or does every tech stock have to pretend that the overvaluation of Coke also blankets its fundamentals as well?
