I have not quite figured out why some folks such as yourself are so vehemently against Govt. These are the same folks who are derogatory of the "health care law" and refer to as "European style healthcare" and "Oabamacare" etc. But after putting some thought into it, you will notice that the folks in Canada and Europe are happy with their healthcare. Off course you get some stray incidents/cases which would point to areas that need improvement in their healthcare system. But overall, manority of the people in those countries are happy with their healthcare. With regards to keeping the Govt. out, haven't we tried that out and had a Soviet style collapse of our economy towards the waning days of Bush? And then you turnaround and see Govt-controlled China, socialist India etc. on the rise while the anti-Govt proponents in the US remain oblivious to what is happening in those countries and continue to sing the praises of the failed policies of reducing Govt. involvement. I think we need to rethink our economic policies in light of the global economy. We are moving into a century where progress is becoming more of an outcome of the joint efforts of the Govt. and its citizens. No more "wild West" type of approach of "Govt. you keep out". It is evident that you are a supporter of Tea Party. In light of that, do you think Sarah Palin is Presidential material? She is the biggest fraud in American politics. I say fraud, because the goons in McCain's campaign thought that by bringing her in only by virtue that she is a woman, the McCain folks would attract all the Hillary women?

LOL, Free market is only free cuz the government picks up the tab for them. I don't need my government and my president dissed like this when they are propping up the free market. I'm not a share holder in the shipping company, nor Lloyd's of, nor Pinkerton or FilthyWater. My money shouldn't pay for this, but the first 2 companies operate on the cheap by not using the latter and by not paying the unexpected shipping charges, and then come whining to the people they probably manage to avoid pay taxes to, to bail them out, with the bill going to the taxpayers. That's why the FM can be so cheap, if not quite free.
