You are confused as usual. It was the CRA, Fannie, Freddie, Dodd, Frank and Raines that caused the no money down lending to deadbeats bubble. Bush tried to stop these lowlifes by pointing out how tenuous Fannie and Freddies' financial conditions were.

Even the obese, lisping one might have to pay the piper this year...
