Current TL & EV is payback for decades of kicking the can, while ignoring ongoing collapse of the real economy, which by now is probably 2 decades old. We kinda used the cheap labor provided by the collapse of the communist block, shooting ourselves in the proverbial foot in the process. Reserve currency status of the dollar is to blame. Why work if one can print and consume? This bites in the arse, of course. Now we need Years now if not decades to get this back -ng- P.S. St. Louis area. Most of the City. Detroit likely looks similar.
