Interpreting that order

then buy 33% AGM
33% CCME
33% cash

as 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 is OK, but

it really was

then buy 33% AGM
33% CCME

which would leave 34% in cash (no order is required to buy cash, and if he used 33% of the 34% cash to "buy" cash, he still winds up with 34% cash).

So to build a 25.56% position in CCME to 33%, Custer Investor sold it and paid the 1% commission (.2556%) to get another 7.44%.

He's in second place, so I'll just observe. I might even buy CCME.
