Theo; If they have it, post it. There are a number a vague aspects that I do not like. The terms of engagement are never said. Just what does BD actually do? Their role may be circumscribed, and thus cover peripheral activities which are trivial. Bill

You know Theo, I thought I was the only one who did not know that much about stocks and such. I now realize that someone knows less. The company filed a thingy (as Kim would say) with the SEC. They filed addendum with this. The addendums are not available electronically. You have to find an after market outfit that specializes in looking these up, making copies, and sending them to you. Lew Green knows this, he posted as much. I would really suggest that you get some serious help with your Due Dilligence. Keep up all of the wonderful posts, they mean so much in view of the fact that you know so much. Tim Hall
