Mr. Barron,

So very happy to see you on this thread. I realize you may have just updated yourself on the situation, but your input is greatly appreciated. I know Paul will be glad to see your comments also as he indicated you were the one that originally put him onto Deswell.

Do you have any comments on yesterday's volume and my theory of a market maker timing sale with earnings release? If I'm right, it's a definite buy opportunity that we may not see again.

Price - The current value on my methods puts price at $25.50 and warrants at $9.50. This is based on trailing earnings and no future growth. IMO -Conservative growth factor would be 30%.

Thanx,
Ron

Hello Richard. Glad to see you back posting here.

In fact I'm starting to see some good names popping up on this thread; people who I respect their analysis and opinions. If only I had listened to some on Nam Tai, I'd be much better off today.

By my analysis, Deswell looks very undervalued here. The Q report looked very good. I think the stock dropped in sympathy to Nam Tai and the HK and Chinese market sell-offs. This is a case of throwing the baby out with the bathwater. I have a pretty large position in Deswell, mostly bought in the last several weeks.

Well, when people like you, David Seltzer, Ron Bower, and Micheal Burry show up on a thread, this is a good sign.

Good luck all,
Paul
