Yes, it is going to be delisted! Probably desperate people trying to draw in the momentum traders so they can get out.

NURO has been forming a base at the $0.52 level.<g>
It raised $18.7M last month in a private placement
Trading around 0.4x BV
But is always better to buy stocks on the way up, or when they are on an UT.<g>

I am not in favor of bottom fishing.
More inclined to Bill O'Neal strategy of buying high to sell higher, rather than buying low to sell high.
Provided that one keeps adequate trailing stops and is willing to take a loss if the entry point turns out to be wrong.<g>

The EL for NURO for 2010 is around $0.75 vs. $0.40 in 2009
Revenues have been lower for the last 4Qs and it has not been able to trim its losses.

The ACTAY is $3.50
My TT is $1, which would be a good % gain from present levels.
But I would prefer to buy it on the way up.<g>
