Little Joe; Housing double dipping. Yup. That's what happens when you must rely on the rules of supply and demand rather than the rules of stimulation forever. There is no other solution other than deleverage through time. BUT I think we are doing a pretty good job of that don't you? A few wimpy housing programs to keep those on the very far left from going ballistic but not too much so as to skew the actual situation and allow deleverging to take place.
