Fortunately for Boxer, she doesn't have to answer to her lousy performance as a senator. I don't think Carly really is trying. She certainly isn't trying as hard as Meg, but even Meg is behind in the polls. About the only comfort I can take in the California elections is that the efforts to legalize marijuana may be defeated. That more than anything would have absolutely destroyed California. Tenchusatsu
