this sounds like deja-vu all over again. here's another glowing glimpse of the future...selling the annualized equivalent of $600,000 in golf shafts. that's hardly enough to cover executive's compensation. one nhl pro is using the hockey stick--equally unimpresive. "spinergy cannot produce the wheels fast enough." has anyone ever quantified how much qdrx is deriving from this relationship? it sounds like just more hype and we all know that invariably, hype of this unspecified and unsubstantiated nature has in the past preceeded a reg s or reg d financing at a substantial dilutive effect to existing shareholders. regardless of how well victor is doing, qdrx cannot get its hands on victor's cashflow. it's all subordinated to the commercial finance company that has lent them cash and who has first call on their profits. this puppy has got to generate an awful lot of revenue and an equally substantial amount of earnings to produce a visible eps figure. $600,000 in golf shaft sales (annualized, that is, it hasn't happened for a full year yet) isn't getting these pilgrims to the promised land. you might want to check with stoltenberg to see if the company has the cash to pay him his severence. company is far from current with its creditors. and that's the name of that tune. be sure to find out on the 13th how many shares are outstanding and how many shares can be created from converting debentures created under regs s and/or d.
