I think they are publicly saying what they have been privately saying for some time -- we value domestic and global stability and you are threatening stability at both levels by printing money. They are turning up the heat. I think they have been quietly tapping on the brakes in the gold market -- watch out if they decide now is the time to step on the gas -- shot to the foot, strong message to follow.
