If you allow these ActiveX to be installed and run on your machine without verifying the source, this so called 'F0 bug' is the least problem as it does nothing but hang your machine.

Virus that corrupts your data bit by bit is MUCH more dangerous.


I agree. But I think it is yet another reason to stay away from downloaded ActiveX controls.

If I understand Java correctly, you can't execute an instruction like this from within Java code or Java Bean. Am I correct?
