The facts have been out for 20 years, the Senate ruled on it, and that's that.

As to whether he sexually harassed Hill, I am absolutely certain that if he did, it was less egregious than what Bill Clinton did to a near-teenager, Monica Lewinsky, or to Juanita Broderick who was raped by him.
