Just a coincidence that they waited to file a trivial BS case until they were cleaning out their desks, leaving the smelly turd to their successors to dismiss on the record and thus make it a cause celebre for the Faux News nutbars.

The case was filed two months after it happened, how fast should they have filed it...? If the incident had occurred 8 months before or longer I would have questioned the timing... but two months seems reasonable. (And those two months includes a fair would have included a fair amount of time off for several holidays and a reshuffling of staff because of the elections...)
Make no mistake I consider many of the Bush administration actions to be deplorable but this appears to have been a routine action. As for the case being trivial.. we will have to agree to disagree.
