Interbreeding is the ultimate test of a racial democracy. Are you negro?

That's a generalizing linguistic issue rather than a racist issue. That doesn't mean ElM would treat all Negroes the same as each other, but when you look at the way they vote in the USA, compared with other people, they see themselves as having a LOT in common. 95% voted for Barack. 95%!! Heck, Saddam Hussein didn't get much more support than that. Only one person in twenty went for somebody else. Heck, you'd get that many pick somebody else because they could not identify Barack from the list. If they put photos of the candidates, he might have got 99% - ahead of Saddam.

Africa does have a general common problem = lack of Virtuous Victorian Values. India has the same problem. If you leave a wallet on a street with your name in it, in neither India nor Africa will you get it back. In Japan, you probably would. If I found it, you definitely would.

Japanese officials at the embassy in NZ stand and bow to visitors. In the USA embassy, they point military weapons at you and scream at you to lie on the floor then take you to Guantanamo Bay. In the Saudi embassy, they stone you to death after a flogging for going in unaccompanied with your face and breasts hanging out. In the African embassies you just have to pay a big enough bribe and you can do what you like.

Generalisations and stereotypes are fair enough. TJ does it. He says Chinese think in one way, being clones of each other. I do it. Everyone does. In general, I avoid what I think would be probably more risky places than other areas. Negroes do it. I recall the story of a Negro in the USA saying how he could understand racism because he caught himself doing it on the street one night, walking along alone, hearing footsteps behind him. He said he turned, saw it was a white guy and was relieved. Then thought to himself "Hey, wait a minute. I can't be relieved when it's a white guy". [Or words to that effect]

Our brains are adept at forming probabilistic generality rules of thumb and doing it really fast. Such ability is good for survival. The more talented Brazilians are able to discriminate more finely and make a rule "Watch out for Negroes, but if they aren't holding a gun, they are probably okay".

Knowing how to treat Brazilians is important. Dangle some cash [a small amount is enough], frisk them for pistols, speak loudly to them [if their english isn't so good], then set them to work planting and harvesting crops. Nice simple crops like sugar cane are ideal Or soya beans. Don't leave your wallet lying around.
