Depending on what you did with QuoteTracker, you may find the free version of Ninja Trader will fill the bill. It has more than done so for me.

All I ever used QT for was the charting. I trade with IB and feed the charting capability of NT with the IB data. For the past couple of years, at least, I have only traded the eMini contracts and watch only 2 of them. I use Bracket Trader to execute the trades through IB.

That probably sounds a good deal more complicated than it really is. I don't miss QT at all, even though I used it for years and enjoyed the prompt attention of the Medved brothers each time I needed some help.

Ninja Trader is free for the charting and simulation version.

I to used the ave vol parameter. I sent a help command using the response on QT. Since Fidelity now has the same price for all stocks, including pennies, QT is the only reason i still keep an account with TD Amertrade.

Maybe they will change their mind about supporting it.
