Frank:

1) I see $8 as the major support level.

2) Over the next two weeks, I am expecting (and hoping) to see at least $9 1/4 and $10 if we are lucky.

3) Over the next two months, I am expecting the stock to break that critical $10 1/2 level and as high as $11 1/4.

4) Over the next four months (most likely in first two months of 1998), I see it striking $12 1/2 - $13.

5) If NOVL does not get its act straight, then I see it heading for $6 or perhaps lower. That $1 billion they have sitting in the account isn't goinf to last forever.

I hope they (executive staff) at NOVL sit down for a round table discussion. All it will take is 5 minutes of their precious time and for them to conclude that the company on a fundamental basis is in deep s*it and that the only course of action is to stop being so stubborn and sell out to a stronger company willing to take on the marketing of its products. Perhaps then, NetWare will survive.

Failure to accept the truth about the situation of this company and I believe they are going to take NetWare and the shareholders down with them.

Our Dr. should stop acting a hero and sell out whilst the market is strong. He would do us all a favour...part of his dutu as a CEO.
