Not sure about Wally, but what I do know is that the Mets don't get Farrell:-)

I just can't see any pattern (other than chaos) to the Mets' moves over the past years. Almost like Mets' management was trying to re-create the '69 Mets, a group of improbable champions, who intersected in time to win a World Series, unfortunately for current Mets' management, a successful template probably less frequent than the Halley's comet sightings by earthlings.

Let's hope for the sake of those who remember the Tom Seaver glory days, that Sandy, and whoever accompanies him at the helm, can successfully navigate going forward.

Gotta find a synergistic mix of ballplayers, something that just doesn't exist for the Mets at the moment. By no means an easy task!
