Again it isn't linked to in this conversation's history, following the reply chain back quickly leads me to others subjects (Al Qaeda , then Iraq), and then to an end (a post that was not a reply to another post), so I have not seen the link and I don't know what study your referring to.

Odama 09 links to YouCut but that's at republicanwhip.house.gov not Heritage, and its a way for internet users to express preferences for various cuts, not a study of the budget. (Also its not in a direct line back from this post)

I can say they (Heritage) are not generally a fan of corporate welfare. If they where excluding it from a study it was likely because the study focused on other things, not because they think corporate welfare should be maintained at current levels.
